Hello friends,

Before you get too excited - this actually is not Dave. This is Aileen and i'm here visiting some of my favorite people that I have ever met, known or will know. As I ventured into xanga I "happened" to realize I was logged on as Dave. And so here I am. But i'll take advantage of this opportunity to share things about Dave with his xanga world (which is worth getting excited for!)

1. Dave's favorite song is "Have you seen Jesus my Lord?", particularly it's soothing kum-ba-yah type melody

2. Dave's favorite game is "the name game" particularly when involving a newspaper and hitting people's knees - HARD

3. Dave enjoys being taunted by smart-alecy quick-witted sassy folk half his age. Or 3/4 his age. Or really any age. You could say he thrives on it

4. Dave is not aware that he is not Chinese. So don't tell him. While I'm on the subject, Dave was also a really really chubby baby. I defer to Alli for pictures

5. If you have nothing to say to Dave, just smile in a very mischevious way and freak him out. Particularly if you often are up to something but have nothing to come up with at the time

6. Dave's dream is to be a short-order cook. He also makes phenomenal breakfasts: omlettes, pancakes, bacon, sausage, whatever you desire. Teammed with Alli you're set for the day. If you haven't taken up this scene, I encourage that you do so. Ditto with bbq-ing

7. Dave quills. And when I say quills, I mean that half of the quilled pieces featured in Alli's gallery online are actually done by him! He's actually working on his own kit right now of "favorite snacks, packs and knick-knacks" it's scheduled to be released on March 26th.

8. Dave's hair used to be parted straight down the middle.

9. Dave used to have a really crazy beard and was so proud of it that he decided to travel across the country displaying it to people all across the United States of America.

10. Just as Dave thrives on sassy comments by others, he also enjoys administering them. Such administration actually means that he thinks he can out-smart YOU. Try to avoid this at all costs.

Having known Dave for nearly 10 years now, these 10 points are drawn in honor of his 10 year RCCC anniversary. Here's to the next 100!

Love,

Aileen Tsao

Hi Everyone,

Jess said I should write in my Zenga, or is it Xenga...Ohhh, Xanga - I just need to look at the top of the page :)  So, what Jess wants, she gets.

Just got back from the Joshua Revolution reunion.  It was awesome.  I think it was even better the Joshua Revolution itself.  The Lord was definitely present with us.  It was incredible to hear testimonies of how so many lives have been changed over the last month.  The worship was amazing too - even if Chris Hopper wasn't there (sorry Jackie).

One cool story is about the parking.  Daniel and I drove together and we parked in a parking lot across the street from the church.  There was no attendant and we tried to pay through this automated pay-n-park thing.  But, it wasn't working.  So, we just said oh well.

When we were walking back to the parking lot to go home, we noticed the parking attendant was there and I started to get nervous because Daniel and I didn't have any money on us.  We had both given our last bit of money to an offerring at the reunion.  So we were completely broke.  We joked together as we were walking closer that we would see if the Lord would provide.

The guy said we owed him $5 for parking in the lot.  We pretty much just told him that we don't have any money at all on us because we just gave it to the church.  He said, "since you gave it to the church, don't worry about it."  Praise the Lord!  He is so good.  This is right after an hour earlier we got to hear another guys testimony about how he had done almost the same exact thing during Joshua Revolution and the Lord provided the same results.

It went perfect with the theme of the reunion.  They kept stressing "it is real".  Meaning that what God accomplished then and what He has been doing since, is very real.  God just locked up that confirmation for us as we were leaving!

He is Good!

Dave

Hi Everyone,

It is Alli's birthday today!  If you get a chance, drop her an email at alli@quilledcreations.com to congratulate her.  What am I doing, you might ask?  Well, I am taking her out to lunch today and then dinner tomorrow night....oh, I also bought some roses and a gift...any other ideas?

All right everyone...I have spent a fair amount of time reading all your postings and the taibro's site and I am thoroughly convinced you guys have way too much time on your hands.  I suspect all the time your parents think you are studying you guys are actually blogging...or would it be xangaing?
